Personal Disclosure Statement
I believe trust and respect in the therapeutic relationship are essential for the successful
treatment and growth of the client. I am compassionate, genuine and dedicated to assisting
clients in overcoming obstacles and challenges, developing healthy relationships, overcoming
and coping with trauma, building resilience, and achieving mental wellness. I have experience
working with individuals, teens, children, couples, LGBTQIA2S+, aging, disabled, and diverse
backgrounds.
I value the individuality and uniqueness of each client and as we build a therapeutic alliance, we
will work together to identify goals and a path to achieving those goals. I believe that each
individual possesses strengths and qualities that can be fostered and harnessed to overcome
challenges, develop healthy relationships and work toward mental wellness. Using Person
Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychoeducation, skills from Dialectical
Behavior Therapy, MRT, trauma informed care, and mindfulness, I come alongside the client in
a collaborative relationship to explore and build upon existing strengths. The length and course
of treatment are dependent upon your presenting problem, diagnosis, treatment history, and
willingness to promote change.
Each person has different backgrounds and needs, whether it’s grief, trauma, depression,
anxiety, ADHD, transitioning, or adjusting to changes in your life. I look forward to working with
you to improve life skills, communicate better, problem solve, develop goals and ways to
achieve them, establish healthier relationships, process and take back control from trauma, and
lead a mentally healthier life.
