Caroline Charlton
Bio
I am a third-year graduate student working toward a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Oregon State University. I strive to create a welcoming, affirming atmosphere and will meet you wherever you are in your journey. I operate primarily from a person-centered therapy lens but look forward to incorporating several modalities in my practice. I am passionate about helping people understand themselves better, achieve goals that are in alignment with their values, and live fulfilling lives. Prior to pursuing a career in clinical mental health counseling, I earned a bachelor's degree in music from Oregon State University and currently work in higher education administration. In my free time, I love training birds of prey, birdwatching, hiking, listening to Taylor Swift, and hanging out with my cat.
