I am currently working towards a Masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy at North Central University and I have an undergrad in Sociology. I have always been interested in mental health and the power of support from friends and family. I am passionate about helping people navigate through emotions and develop healthy coping skills, establish and achieve life goals, and feel a sense of inner peace. In my free time, I enjoy going on hikes, reading, and spending time with my family
