Justin Welsh, LMHC
Bio
My ideal client is someone who feels stuck—whether in anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions—but is motivated to heal and grow. They may struggle with self-doubt, emotional dysregulation, or patterns that no longer serve them. They want clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.
I help adults navigate life’s challenges using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidence-based approaches. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I offer a supportive space to explore your inner world, heal wounded parts, and build self-compassion. My goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your challenges and work toward meaningful change. Therapy is a journey—we’ll take it at your pace. Reach out when you're ready; let's take the next steps together.
