Bio

Jessica (she/her) earned her Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University and is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. With over a decade of experience in community organizing for marginalized identities—including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities—Jessica is deeply committed to promoting equity and justice in her clinical practice. She also brings extensive experience in Behavioral Health Case Management, where she developed her skills in crisis intervention, resource navigation, and advocacy.

Jessica approaches therapy with a foundation rooted in ethics, integrity, cultural and trauma sensitivity, client-centered autonomy, collaboration, harm reduction, and anti-oppressive practices. She utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing to help clients navigate and heal from life’s challenges.

Jessica specializes in working with adolescents and adults facing mood disorders, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship dynamics, and the impacts of systemic oppression.

"Great job getting this far in your healing journey. Meaningful change begins with the courage to look inward! Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating the complexities of relationships, or seeking relief from suffering, therapy offers a space to reconnect with your values and potential.

I strive to provide an inclusive, judgment-free space grounded in compassion, authenticity, and trust. Therapy is a place to be accepted as you are, to understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do, and to practice essential skills like setting boundaries, navigating difficult conversations, and repairing relationships.

My holistic approach recognizes that healing is never one-size-fits-all—it’s about discovering what works best for you. My intention is to help you honor your experiences, cultivate self-awareness, foster healing, build meaningful connections, and feel empowered to make changes that align with your values and goals." – Jessica
