My practice is firmly rooted in evidenced based practices. I draw from several theoretical approaches to create a safe and affirming environment that is conducive to growth and self-actualization. The primary treatment modalities I use are Cognitive Behavioral, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused, Humanistic, Existential and EMDR.
