I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of WA (#LH61517278). I graduated with an M.A. in Applied Psychological Sciences from Pacific University in Oregon (2021) and hold a B.A. in Literature & Creative Writing from Marylhurst University (2005). I have experience working with individuals on a variety of issues including: anxiety, trauma (PTSD), depression, postpartum & parenting issues, life adjustments, relationship challenges, and survivors of Narcissistic abuse, among others. I view therapy as a collaborative process, helping clients to recognize strengths, identify needs, break unhealthy patterns and make informed choices that are congruent with their values. My Theoretical approach is integrative and often includes Existential and Psychodynamic approaches. I also utilize other therapeutic modalities including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
