Find Counselors by Location

We work to accommodate location/counselor requests and recognize the preference of those.  In situations where a location or counselor may be full, we may offer an alternative option with another location/counselor that you are welcome to accept or decline.

Bio

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) specializing in play therapy and family therapy, with a strong foundation in Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in the power of storytelling, creativity, and collaboration to help children and families make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and discover new possibilities for growth.  Through play, expressive arts, and interactive storytelling, I help children process emotions, develop problem-solving skills, and strengthen their sense of self. My approach is strength-based and client-centered, focusing on a child’s innate abilities while providing a safe space for self-expression and healing.

In family therapy, I work with caregivers and children to enhance communication, connection, and shared meaning. By reframing challenges and highlighting strengths, I support families in navigating transitions, improving relationships, and fostering a sense of teamwork and understanding. My goal is to create a collaborative and empowering space where children and families can rewrite their stories with hope and possibility.

Areas Of Focus

I specialize in play therapy and family therapy, using Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and creative expression to help children and families navigate life’s challenges. Through play, art, sand tray, and storytelling, I provide a safe and engaging space where children can express emotions, process experiences, and develop self-confidence.

My work with families focuses on strengthening relationships, improving communication, and fostering collaboration. I help parents and caregivers understand their child’s world, respond to behavioral and emotional challenges with confidence, and create meaningful connections. Whether supporting children through anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, behavioral concerns, or family transitions, I guide families in building resilience and discovering new ways to grow together.
