Bio
I’m Alyse (she/her), and I’m excited to join you on your therapy journey! My approach centers around providing holistic and collaborative services, with the goal of creating a safe, comfortable space for you to explore, process, and grow into your authentic self. I draw from a variety of modalities to help you identify the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you want to work through. When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me reading, hiking, or at a local coffee shop.
I work under the supervision of Dr. Johnson, LMHC
Areas Of Focus
I work with individuals on a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Chronic Pain/Illness, Depression, Grief and Loss, LGBTQ+ experiences, Life Transitions, Women's experiences, and Trauma.
