Monthly Mental Health Spotlight
June marks Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the unique mental health challenges that many men face — and to honor the dedicated professionals working to support them.
Across the country, and right here in our community, men continue to struggle in silence. Despite the fact that 1 in 8 men experience mental health issues and suicide rates remain disproportionately high among men, many still hesitate to seek help due to stigma, cultural expectations, or lack of access to care.
That’s why the work of our incredible providers is more vital than ever. Through their compassion, expertise, and commitment, our therapists have helped create safe, welcoming spaces where men can open up, heal, and grow. Whether it’s guiding someone through trauma, supporting a new father adjusting to life changes, or helping a teen build healthy coping tools — the impact of our providers is felt deeply throughout the community.
This month, we celebrate not only awareness — but action. We’re proud of our team’s dedication to meeting men where they are and making mental health care more accessible, relatable, and empowering.
Thank you for the work you do every day. You’re changing lives — and it matters.
