— How it works —

Getting started, step by step.

When you're ready to take that first step toward care, we've kept it simple. Sessions typically start within 1–2 weeks after you submit your request form.

Service Request Form

It takes about two minutes. You'll share your scheduling and location preferences, any provider preferences, your insurance details, and your goals for care. Start with the request form.

Processing Time

Usually about 24 business hours. Our team verifies your insurance and matches you with a provider who fits your needs.

Tentative Session

We email you the session details along with a short bio of your provider. If you miss the email, we'll follow up by text.

30-Day Waitlist

Optional. If no provider is available right away, we can add you to a 30-day waitlist and let you know as soon as a match opens up.

Alternative Support

If we aren't able to schedule you, we'll share community resources — and you're always welcome to resubmit your request later.

After You're Scheduled

You'll receive a welcome email, set up your client portal, and complete your intake forms before your first session.
