Hi, I'm glad you're here.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in the state of Washington, I’m deeply committed to providing thoughtful, affirming, and neurodiversity-informed care to adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of life experiences. I bring a unique combination of experience from both private practice and correctional settings, where I worked with adult men facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in an integrative framework tailored to your specific goals and needs.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, where I was trained in a psychodynamic foundation integrated with evidence- based, client-centered interventions. That education continues to inform my work as I support individuals through both short-term challenges and long term patterns.
