Bio
I obtained my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oregon State University in 2023. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate offering telehealth sessions in Washington as well as a Professional Counselor Associate offering telehealth sessions in Oregon. I value the importance of the client-therapist relationship, so my practice is strongly influenced by Relational Theory. I openly share valuable details about my life including my hobbies, relevant events, and my identities because this allows clients to choose if I am the right person to assist them in their healing journey. My practice consists of a collaborative approach between the client and therapist in which the client is considered the expert of their own life. My counseling style is person-centered and solution-focused, while offering empathy, compassion, and trauma-informed care. My hope is that our work together build a genuine and authentic relationship that is healing in and of itself. I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ youth/adults, AuDHD youth/adults, unsheltered youth/adults, individuals with terminal illness, marginalized communities impacted by our systems that are not designed to work equally or fairly for everyone, and individuals navigating the chaotic world of parenting.
