Get to Know Our Counselors
We aim to match each client with the provider who best fits their needs, preferences, and goals. Our team of providers is diverse in background, approach, and expertise, allowing us to support a wide range of client experiences. If you’re unsure which provider you'd like to work with, our team is here to guide you through the process and help you find the right fit. Please note that provider availability is always in flux, and while we do our best to accommodate preferences, we may occasionally offer alternative options based on current openings.

Bio
Starting counseling is kind of a big deal, but it also doesn't have to be that exciting. We can spend time getting to know each other and start with small, achievable goals. When you are ready to dive into heavier topics, I will be too. We move at your pace- always.
Taylor (they/them/she) takes a warm, collaborative approach to counseling. Taylor is passionate about holding space for folks to learn how to work with intersecting identities, instead of against them, using the lens of Relational Cultural Theory which underscores equity and acknowledges the systems that all of us interact with on a daily basis, inside and outside of therapy. They integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy in their therapeutic approach. Taylor is committed to offering accessibility accommodations whenever possible- just ask!
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Health, a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. Taylor is licensed in the state of Washington.
In their free time Taylor enjoys a range of arts and crafts, playing all manner of games (board games/video games/RPGs) and spending time in their garden.
