Bio

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in the state of Washington, I’m deeply committed to providing thoughtful, affirming, and neurodiversity-informed care to adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges. While I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with autism and ADHD. My clinical experience spans both private practice and correctional settings, where I’ve supported individuals facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in an integrative framework tailored to your specific goals and needs.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, where I was trained in a psychodynamic foundation integrated with evidence-based, client-centered interventions. That education continues to inform my work as I support individuals through both short-term challenges and long-term patterns.
