Get to Know Our Counselors
We aim to match each client with the provider who best fits their needs, preferences, and goals. Our team of providers is diverse in background, approach, and expertise, allowing us to support a wide range of client experiences. If you’re unsure which provider you'd like to work with, our team is here to guide you through the process and help you find the right fit. Please note that provider availability is always in flux, and while we do our best to accommodate preferences, we may occasionally offer alternative options based on current openings.

Bio
I am working towards my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oregon State University. I'm honored to join Real Life Counseling for my internship experience. I live in Walla Walla, Washington and offer telehealth counseling services for anyone in Washington State.
My approach to counseling draws from relational, culturally informed, humanistic, and narrative theories. I believe that clients are the ones best suited to guide their own journeys through counseling, so I will work to be a companion on your path rather than be the expert. I am passionate about the "big stuff" and work to bring an exploration of values, meaning, and broader purpose into sessions.
Prior to obtaining my master's degree, I was active in community organizing and political action and bring a similarly systemic lens to this work, aiming to understand how broader forces of injustice and capitalism prevent people from finding physical, emotional, and spiritual freedom. In my work with each client, I hope to help individuals find alternative ways of being and existing, become empowered to find more joy and freedom in their own lives, and experience belonging, shared humanity, and authenticity through the therapeutic relationship.
I spend my free time knitting or crocheting (usually with my cat on my lap), cooking, or out in the garden when my hands need a break.
