Facing our mental health head on can feel like the most intimidating and impossible task; it gets tough when we decide to take that hard, honest look at ourselves in the mirror. Therapy isn’t easy, and if it were, everyone would do it. Whatever barriers you feel are preventing you from achieving mental wellness, I am happy to support you as you navigate those obstacles. My philosophy as your therapist is that it’s my job to help you learn the tools necessary to achieve your healing and recovery goals.  I utilize evidence-based methods in my practice, and I work with my client to find the methods that are the most effective with their individualized treatment plan. These methods may include, but are not limited to, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, SFBT, mindfulness, and neurocounseling.  I am committed to ensuring that each client feels safe, heard, and respected during our sessions. We all have the same hardware, we're just programmed differently
