Find Counselors by Location

We work to accommodate location/counselor requests and recognize the preference of those.  In situations where a location or counselor may be full, we may offer an alternative option with another location/counselor that you are welcome to accept or decline.

Bio

Hi my name is Cayden, and I am a Masters Level counseling intern. I am pursuing my Master's in Counseling at Multnomah Campus of Jessup University and am in my second year. I provide counseling services in person and via telehealth. I see clients of all ages, genders, and identities who are all seeking counseling for a variety of reasons.  I have always had a passion for mental health and helping those who are struggling. I believe that everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential and is capable of finding peace and healing. My counseling style is a non-directive, Person-Centred approach. I integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive, Behavioral Therapy, and Neurobiology into my approach. I believe that each client is unique and has their own lived experience. I recognize that each client will benefit from a different approach. Therefore, I utilize a personalized approach to meet each client and their specific needs. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment for you to be able to reach your full potential.

My passion is working with those who struggle with mental illness and attachment. I also have a passion for working with athletes and using sports psychology. As a previous athlete myself, I recognize the lack of mental health support that many athletes face. I want to be able to help support athletes by providing mental health services to help them overcome the challenges of being a competitive athlete.

I want to be able to support you in your journey and help you be able to heal and grow!
