Bio

Hello! My name is Brooke. I enjoy making an impact with clients who are dealing with trauma, complex trauma, and/or couples issues. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and attachment problems. I believe that each client has a unique story and is an expert in their own lives. My goal is to offer empathy as well as equipping clients to be optimally proactive in their own lives. Since finishing my Master's Degree in 2017, I have been privileged to work with couples and individuals in every phase of life. I also have a long history in working with children and teens, which helps to inform my work with couples who are addressing family issues. Outside of the office, I enjoy my pets, gardening, long walks, music, gathering with friends, and my four young adult children.
