Bio

I’m Barbara and I am a graduate student working toward a master’s degree in mental counseling and human services at Post University. I’m excited to join you on your therapy journey! I strive to create a safe, comfortable space for you to explore, process, and grow. I draw from a variety of modalities to help with identifying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you want to work through. In my free time, you will find me curled up with a good book, watching anime, or listening to K-pop while I do art.
