Bio
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Associate (LICSWA) with three years of experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and issues related to neurodivergence.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from several evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment-Based approaches. This integrative framework allows me to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual I work with.
I believe that healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Whether you're managing the weight of past trauma, seeking better emotional regulation, or exploring your identity and relationships, I’m here to support you with compassion and clinical insight.
Together, we can work to create meaningful change, build resilience, and foster a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
