With over 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I’ve worked with individuals, children, families, and couples facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adoption, and relationship struggles. My training includes a master’s from the University of Chicago and a PhD from Portland State University. Having lived abroad for nearly a decade, I have a deep appreciation for cultural transitions and identity exploration.
