Nathan has been working with individuals and families for the past 12 years working with dual-diagnosis, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, physical/emotional disability, and more. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is trained in Gottman Method for Couples Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). He views counseling as a collaborative effort in helping people recognize strengths, identify needs, understand conflicts, discover options, and achieve personal development goals.
