Bio

I am currently a student enrolled in the Professional Mental Health Counseling program at Lewis & Clark. I am dedicated to providing a safe, affirming space and work with individuals aged 17 and older, including men, women, and LGBTQIA+ clients. The therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance to me; therefore, my approach is trauma-informed and culturally competent. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I hope to support you in uncovering your strengths, gaining deeper self-understanding, and creating meaningful change on your own terms. I primarily use person-centered, psychodynamic, narrative, and attachment-based techniques with clients. Additionally, I am pursuing an eco-therapy certificate through Lewis & Clark, so if you are a fellow nature lover, I would love to incorporate some nature-based interventions into our sessions. In my free time, I love being outside—hiking, camping, or swimming in natural bodies of water. I also enjoy reading, coloring, and practicing yoga.
