Kristen provides Individual and Couples therapy. Her areas of interest are people from all backgrounds including LGBTQIA, Gender-fluid and Non-Binary people. She works with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. It is her belief that each person is their own expert in their story and they already possess the skills to improve, they merely need the support. She uses an eclectic blend of theories such as Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She views a situation through a Person-In-Environment lens: Help the person to fit the environment and help the environment better fit the needs of the person.
