I am a licensed mental health counselor with five years of experience providing mental health services to adults. Earning my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Corban University allowed me to provide services in community mental health for more than three years. My approach to counseling is collaborative and I believe we each deserve an opportunity to be fully heard and understood. Therapeutic approaches are tailored to the individual's need and comfort level, typically utilizing approaches including person-centered, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT). Outside of my practice, I enjoy watching sports, spending time with family, and engaging in outdoor activities.
