Bio

Human beings are incredibly resilient—and I believe we can be even more so with the support of a trained counselor. I’m a graduate student in Oregon State University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, currently interning at Real Life Counseling, Washington (telehealth only) . I’m here to support clients in working toward their goals, whether those involve healing from trauma, managing anxiety, or navigating major life transitions.

When we go through painful experiences—whether physical or emotional—our minds can sometimes strike us again with feelings of guilt, shame, self-hate, or powerlessness. In my work, I take a strength-based, client-centered approach, drawing from solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

My goal is to partner with you as we explore the challenges you’re facing and the goals you want to pursue. Whether your obstacles come from within or from the world around you, we’ll work together in a space where you’re free to show up exactly as you are. I want to support your growth into the human being you want to become.
