My specialty practice areas have been developed through intensive training and include trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis, insight oriented therapy, emotional freedom techniques, motivational interviewing, solution focused
brief therapy, psychodynamic therapy, sex therapy, and crisis intervention.

For more than 7 years I have had the opportunity to work alongside clients who work to overcome the hardships of complex trauma, psychosis, low self-esteem, chronic pain/illness, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and ADHD. I strive to provide culturally sensitive and
trauma informed care for those coming from marginalized communities. Additionally, I am committed to providing kink, neurodivergent, and LGBTQQIA+ affirming care.
