Bio

I am a student therapist committed to supporting you on your healing journey with empathy, curiosity and respect. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and believe that each client is the expert in their own experience. Together, we will explore your strengths and build on them to create a meaningful and impactful change.

Prior to attending Pacific University for my Master's in Applied Clinical Psychology, I worked extensively in the Criminal Justice System as well as a 911 dispatcher. There I developed a deep experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care. That work continues to shape my understanding of resilience and the power of human connection in moments of pain and vulnerability.

I strive to create a space where you feel heard, safe, and empowered.
