I began my journey in counseling over ten years ago and I have worked in a variety of areas including domestic violence advocacy, vocational support, crisis work and more traditional therapy settings. 
I see therapy as a collaboration between myself and the person I serve. I appreciate the strengths and unique gifts that each person brings into the therapy space. My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive therapies. One size does not fit all and I will work with you to explore the types of therapy that makes sense for you. Trauma informed practices are important to my practice.
