Bio

Most people are finding adjusting to feelings of powerlessness, and ambivalence has taken a toll on their overall well-being, and family. Taking the first steps towards change for ourselves, and our family takes a lot of courage. I offer individual, child and family therapy. I strongly believe connection and self-reflection is the best way to begin healing from negative patterns, emotions, and thoughts. I believe the brain and body has the intrinsic ability to heal itself when in a safe supportive environment.
