Bio

“Your sacred space is where you can find yourself again and again.” -Joseph Campbell
My goal from the first session to the last is to create a space for clients to feel safe, heard, and empowered in their journey of healing and growth. I seek to respect individual differences and tailor the counseling experience to each person’s needs.
The therapy I offer blends neuropsychologically-informed Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), yoga, and mindfulness-meditation. These approaches can be helpful for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and obstacles to personal development and fulfillment.
I am an EMDR-trained therapist through the EMDR Institute and a member of EMDRIA (EMDR International Association). I am a registered yoga instructor (RYT®200) and member of the YOGA ALLIANCE®.
I primarily work with adults and older teens (14-18).

If this sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out to inquire about my availability.

May you be well!

The three questions:
