Bio
I have a Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology, and am a Licensed Mental Health Associate and Child
Mental Health Specialist. I was born and raised overseas, and lived around the world until 2015, when I
moved "home" to be near my family. I consider myself culturally competent, and specialize in families,
transitional-aged youth, and young adults. I have experience working in intensive mental health services with
the goal of providing youth and families with skills and information to create and maintain stability within
the family unit.
Areas Of Focus
Trauma, Stress, Anxiety, PTSD, and difficulties with adjustment and transitions in life, and I am an EMDR provider. EMDR, CBT, DBT, Trauma informed.
