Bio

Are you looking to embrace hope and find personalized solutions to overcome your barriers? Whether you are looking for support as an individual, couple, or family, I am here to help you clarify your needs, find inner strength, develop solutions that resonate with you, reach your goals, and build the future you envision. I believe that within each of us are the strengths, skills, and resilience needed to change our course and live our dreams, and I would be honored to help you on your journey.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from Central Washington University and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. My approach honors clients as experts of their own change and combines aspects of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
If I could be any superhero, it would be Elastigirl . . . stretchy, flexible, and saving the world with her family!
