Counselor

Bio

Hi there, my name is Cameron. I’m a wife and mother of two children. In my spare time I enjoy
being in nature, eating tasty things, drinking yummy coffee, listening to podcasts/audio books
and spending time with my family.
As a clinician, I am passionate about assisting my clients reach their full potential and
relief of symptoms through a safe and collaborative environment with unconditional
positive regard. I enjoy assisting and supporting clients to work towards wellness, self
awareness and achieve more balance in their lives. I lean on evidenced based practices
that are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and are strengths based, trauma
informed and culturally relevant. With a particular interest in complex trauma,
attachment disorders and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); I am consistently
seeking continued education and trainings to further facilitate my client’s progress while
enhancing my own skills and growth. I have experience working with depression, anxiety,
trauma processing, grief/loss, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anger, parenting,
relationships and developmental trauma. I’m currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
(LMHC) in the state of Washington and am working towards becoming a Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC) in Oregon. I am also certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors
(NBCC) and hold a Mental Health Professional (MHP) credential. I completed my graduate
degree in Master’s of Counseling from Western Seminary in 2021.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients and be invited into their story. When life
brings bumps and obstacles along the way, my goal is to partner with them through those
bumps and figure out how to overcome those obstacles while gaining resilience to endure,
persevere and empower. I look forward to supporting you.
