— Teen Counseling —
Real support for real life as a teen.
Therapy for adolescents navigating identity, relationships, school stress, family dynamics, social media pressures, anxiety, depression, and the work of becoming.
What teen counseling looks like.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, with the teen as the primary client. Family check-ins happen as needed, with the teen's privacy and trust at the center.
- Anxiety & stress — Tools that work in a busy, demanding life.
- Depression — Naming what's underneath and finding what helps.
- Identity — Gender, sexuality, faith, race, family, future — all welcome.
- Family conflict — Communicating with parents and siblings.
- School & friends — Pressure, comparison, belonging.
- Trauma — Processing what happened, with care.
— Our approach —
Care that fits you.
Our teen specialists know that the relationship comes first. We meet teens where they are — without lectures, without judgment.
Evidence-based
Approaches grounded in research — CBT, EMDR, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and more.
Strengths-based
Building on what's already in you — not just addressing what feels wrong.
In-person or virtual
Five in-office locations across Washington, plus secure telehealth across the state.
Is this right for you?
Teen counseling works best when the teen wants it (or is at least willing). We help families find that conversation.
Things have shifted
Mood, behavior, sleep, appetite — when the changes feel like more than a phase.
They've asked for help
A teen asking is a strong signal. We respond quickly.
Family conflict is rising
Sometimes a third party is what shifts the dynamic.
Something happened
A loss, a breakup, a friend group rupture, a scary experience.
