Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you fill out forms, request appointments, contact us, or become a client. This may include your name, email, phone number, date of birth, insurance details, and information about your reasons for seeking care.
We also automatically collect limited information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use cookies and similar technologies to improve site functionality.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Schedule appointments and provide clinical services
- Verify insurance benefits and process billing

Protected health information (PHI)
Information shared in the course of clinical care is protected health information (PHI) and is governed by HIPAA and Washington State law. Your clinical records are kept confidential and shared only with your written authorization or as required by law (for example, mandatory reporting in cases of imminent safety concerns or suspected child abuse).
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:
- Your insurance provider, for the purpose of billing and authorization
- Service providers (electronic health records, billing software, telehealth platforms) under strict confidentiality agreements
- Other parties only with your written authorization, or as required by law
Telehealth & technology
Our telehealth sessions use HIPAA-compliant video platforms. We follow industry best practices for data encryption and storage. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights

Washington My Health My Data Act
Washington residents have additional rights under the My Health My Data Act, including the right to know what consumer health data we collect, the right to delete data, and the right to revoke consent. Learn more about your rights under the Act.
Children's privacy
We provide counseling services to minors with appropriate parental or guardian consent, as required by Washington State law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online without parental consent.
