— Individual Counseling —

One-on-one care, tailored to you.

Personalized therapy for adults in a confidential, supportive space — whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, or a major life transition.

What individual counseling looks like.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes, weekly or bi-weekly to start. Your counselor partners with you to set goals, work through what's present, and build skills you can carry beyond the room.

  • Anxiety & stress — Understanding your sources of stress and learning to manage them.
  • Depression — Tools to navigate low mood, motivation, and meaning.
  • Trauma & PTSD — Processing experiences that still affect daily life.
  • ADHD — Assessment, skills, and reframing the shame cycle.
  • Grief & loss — Finding your way forward without leaving anyone behind.
  • Life transitions — Re-centering around your values during change.

— Our approach —

Care that fits you.

Different approaches fit different people, different seasons, and different goals. Your counselor will partner with you on what works.

Evidence-based

Approaches grounded in research — CBT, EMDR, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and more.

Strengths-based

Building on what's already in you — not just addressing what feels wrong.

In-person or virtual

Five in-office locations across Washington, plus secure telehealth across the state.

Is this right for you?

Individual counseling is for anyone who wants a confidential, professional space to work through what's on their mind.

You feel stuck

Whether in anxiety, depression, or a transition you didn't choose, motivation to grow is enough.

You want skills, not just talk

Our counselors blend conversation with practical tools you'll use.

You're processing something recent

A loss, a diagnosis, a breakup, a job change — therapy helps you metabolize it.

You've been carrying it for years

Long-standing patterns can shift. It takes time, but it works.

Ready when you are.
