Areas where we can help.
Grief & Loss
Most of us struggle to even know where to begin with grief. That's normal — grief looks different for each of us. A safe, supportive space helps you find your way forward without leaving behind the ones or things that meant so much.
Depression
From the outside, you can look like nothing is wrong — all while struggling to get out of bed, be present with those around you, or even enjoy life. There is help. You can learn to understand depression and decrease its impact.
Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety and stress make life less enjoyable and harder to engage in. Often we don't even recognize it's anxiety. Understanding your sources of stress is the first step in changing how they impact your life.
Trauma & PTSD
Traumas — large or small — shape how we think, interact, and engage with life. There are ways to work through, resolve, or even eliminate their impact on you.
ADHD
ADHD is one of the more misunderstood mental health struggles. It's not "high energy" — it's the struggle to focus, remember, follow through, and the shame cycle that can shape identity. Our counselors can assess and collaborate on a treatment approach.
Couples & Marriage
Struggles in important relationships are distressful. Resolving these struggles increases well-being and promotes greater focus and enjoyment of life. We help identify barriers, focus on needs, and build better communication.
Family
Families have the potential to be the most enriching part of our lives — and our greatest sources of stress. Learning your family's "ecosystem," the roles each person plays, and how to communicate are some of the ways we get families back on track.
Phases of Life
Sometimes change is exciting. Sometimes it knocks us off our feet. We focus on re-centering around your values, identifying your sources of strength, and bringing empowerment to a time that can feel disempowering.
Men's & Women's Issues
Needing a safe place to talk about gender-specific topics is important. Joining with one of our counselors — who approach every person with unconditional positive regard — can be a place to find answers and develop effective strategies.
Phobias & Obsessions
Living with a phobia or obsession can be a secretly debilitating experience. Whether it's OCD, unwanted thoughts, or a specific phobia affecting your quality of life, we can partner with you in finding help and solutions.
There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't.— John Green
