Anger is a reaction to an emotion of a personal violation or an act by someone else that they feel wronged them. Getting angry is not a problem within itself. We all will experience anger, but what we do with that anger is the key. Anger is a natural emotion that every human being has and will need to learn to handle.
“Anybody can become angry – that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way – that is not within everybody’s power and is not easy.” Aristotle
But, when an individual is “overcome” with anger as their response to a life situation. And their behavior then becomes violent, easily irritable, easily frustrated, and/or rude; This then can be a life behavior pattern that will hurt not only the “angry” person, but also those around them.
