I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Associate in both Oregon and Washington. I utilize a Person-Centered approach coupled with an interdisciplinary background of religious studies, multicultural history, and family systems. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 20+ years in community health, education, and private practice. Building rapport and respecting people as the unique experts of their own experience continues to inform my approach to working with clients. I remain curious about different cultures and ways in which people engage and interpret their experiences.
