Bio

Life can feel hard sometimes. It does for everyone. And it can help so much to talk through the struggles, troubles, and dilemmas, to assess your options, sort things out, and make choices in line with your personal values.

As a licensed mental health counselor with Master’s degrees in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology, I strive to assist you in healing, growing, and living your best life. I see myself as collaborative in helping you find meaning and purpose in your life.

I work with clients at various stages of life (teen to post-retirement), struggling with relationship and/or mental health issues that may manifest as anxiety, depression, and other emotional problems. I also work with those suffering from recent losses, such as frightening diagnoses, death of a loved one, or other profound life disappointments. To do so, I pull from a variety of counseling theories and share proven coping techniques. My goal is to help you achieve peace, life satisfaction, and learn useful strategies you can carry with you after counseling ends. I see great value in helping people navigate and answer deeper questions, such as “Who am I and what do I stand for?” “What have I learned from this, and how do I move forward?”
