Find Counselors by Location
We work to accommodate location/counselor requests and recognize the preference of those. In situations where a location or counselor may be full, we may offer an alternative option with another location/counselor that you are welcome to accept or decline.

As a counselor, I believe people are influenced by their biological temperament, life experiences, past and present relationships and their core values. My approach to therapy incorporates cognitive behavioral methods (examining one’s thoughts, actions and beliefs) and an integrative psychotherapeutic orientation that explores links between current and past relationships of significance.
I view counseling as a collaborative effort in helping clients to recognize strengths, identify needs, understand conflicts, discover new options, and set personal goals, so that they can make informed choices.
My philosophy and approach to counseling begins with the belief that each individual has the capacity to change. Though the journey can be difficult, change is possible and so is freedom from past struggles. I look forward to serving as a guide to walk alongside you through this journey of discovery and healing.
Fall is my favorite time of year because of the symbolic reminder that there is a season of renewal around the corner.
