Bio

I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May 2023 with a Master's degree in Social Work. I have 15 years of experience providing services for individuals, families, groups and communities including therapeutic intervention, pscyho-education, safety planning and referrals for further support.

My style as a therapist is highly collaborative. I believe that you are the expert in your life. I get to know you and work to understand your past, what life is like now and how you want your life to be. We will create goals together that help you navigate your journey. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness practices and psycho-educational practices. I may share resources with you and invite you to continue your work outside of therapy. I will invite you to consider what other supports we can bring into your life to help you connect in your community.
