Bio

I am in the process of obtaining a clinical counseling degree from Western Seminary. I work with clients of all ages and stages of life. My passion is to support clients as they navigate life's challenges and help them grow towards peace and self- fulfillment. My goal is to create a safe, inviting, and non-judgmental space where clients can fully express themselves and explore their thoughts, feelings, and life goals.

My counseling approach is strengths based, person centered, and emotionally focused. I work collaboratively to help clients utilize their unique strengths to create positive changes in their lives.

Areas of focus

Anxiety disorders, Depression and mood disorders, Grief and loss, Life transitions, Relationship issues, Self-esteem and identity concerns, Stress management and burnout, Faith-based or spiritual counseling. Children and adolescents, College students / young adults, Couples and families, Older adults, Multicultural / cross-cultural clients, LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative, Mindfulness-based approaches, Emotionally Focused, Strengths Based, Solution-Focused
