My goal is to create a safe supportive environment , allowing you to use self-exploration to become aware of areas that might be hindering your growth, I incorporate techniques and interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and attachment based approaches. Combining these approaches allows individuals to better understand themselves and find productive solutions in the context of their current environment.
