Bio

I am a career firefighter, therapist, and rooted to southwest Washington. I served in the US Army. Outside of therapy, I enjoy landscape photography, long distance running, and building community relationships.

Areas of focus

<span style="font-size: 12px; color: #000000;">I focus on helping others address the stress of our modern, separated lives.  I specialize in helping First Responders address burnout, our trauma load, and finding purpose in the grind of our careers.  Additionally, I use nature connection for trauma healing, and help people find purpose and meaning.</span>
