Bio

I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon, where I also minored in disability studies and sociology. I am passionate about creating a warm, inclusive space where people of all ages and identities feel safe, heard, and supported. My background includes working with children, teens, and families in individual and group settings across a range of concerns — from anxiety and depression to identity exploration and grief. I take a person-centered approach and tailor my work with ACT and CBT to meet the unique needs of each individual, always walking alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
