I believe in building relationships, therapeutic connections, and working collaboratively with individuals and families to address their specific goals. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their caregivers who have experienced adversity in order to improve their overall functioning. I aim to bring an accepting and inviting presence into each session with an emphasis on person centered care. I will use my 12 years of various professional experiences as well as my personal experiences as a wife and mother to help you on your journey of self-discovery, healing, and goals you have in mind.
