Bio

I am an Associate Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having graduated from Walden University. I provide counseling and support to individuals and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress.

My goal is to empower clients to develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and enhance overall well-being. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment where every person feels respected and valued. My approach is practical, collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness strategies.

I work closely with clients to identify meaningful goals and achieve sustainable progress at a pace that feels comfortable and achievable. I am passionate about helping others find balance, confidence, and hope through realistic and lasting change.
